Rebecca will be reviewing tips for healthy eating for the family and younger generation. She will have a recipe for participants to sample and also have additional recipe tips and suggestions for keeping the family healthy especially when busy and eating on the run.

The Pearson’s will conduct a series of screenings and tests including: a Zinc Taste Test (Zinc is responsible for brain health, protecting from Alzheimer's, the primary factor in the Immune System function, protects men from prostate cancer, as well as being important for healthy skin, hair, and nails, a Harper Health Indicator Test, a Candida Quiz (tests for yeast and microbial impact on health) and a Toxicity Questionnaire. Lori will be reviewing tips for those who are trying to stay healthy either during retirement or those empty nesters who may have been cooking for a large family at one time but now just cooking for themselves or tips for those who are cooking for one. She will also have a recipe for participants to sample and have additional tips.
